I finally found a 7 star mon worthy of my time on the world map, but this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ alma ♥♥♥♥♥ said I am not authorized to kill and blocked me from killing this mon. I don't get it, crapcom. I've already completed all the chapters, so why won't you let me kill whatever I want? this game is still called monster hunter, right?

Pretty sure i killed stuff early game where i had "no authorization", only downside is that you get less rewards and can't make a quest out of it.

Yeah, you can do just that. I remember killing a Balahara back in LR before I was allowed to officially hunt one.
