Overhyped or Underpreforming?
I just got to mr 25 and honestly everything is easy. I know I'm a mh vet but I literally have not had a hunt last over 15 min and have fainted a grand total of 3 times. Besides that we have many basic features removed, mainly our room. Cant even play collect them all cause whats the point if i can decorate my room with them. The completely new monsters are nice, but only 25 and 2 events atm. I honestly regret buying it now without all the kinks worked out and more content added. Will say I like the bird lizard mount and I like being able to eat anywhere. The new maps are nice even with the under preforming graphics, but it all feels not worth for 70$.

A lot of people feel the same way you do. The game has lost over half it's players in something like 11 days. I didn't purchase the game because it feels incomplete, unoptimized, shallow, and far to easy.

I think it's both. It was over-hyped and it under delivers.

Sorry to break it to you, but once you've tasted G-rank, nothing below will ever be difficult.

I'm farming temp Arkveld while watching a TV show. I feel like this game has made me worse because it's so forgiving. I noticed early on that I wasn't being punished for bad positioning or being greedy. Hopefully the new monsters get harder.

I have at least failed quests in mh world and rise. Wasn't even close on any of these hunts. Been so long since the 3ds days I cant really remember, but I'm sure it was that difficult too.

Wilds is just straight up easy even compared to previous base games.

If your position is that Wilds is on the same level of difficulty as the older base games then you are self-reporting that you never played them, are misremembering them, or are simply being dishonest.

It's really not even close.

Despite been easy you'll always see 1-3 carts from pubs on spoiler A or Jin Dahaad

Something about MH Wilds feels cheap to me.

Of course they're on the same level once you remove the "artificial difficulty" of the older titles.

Interesting. So if you change the older games to make than as easy as Wilds then they will be as easy as Wilds.

Got it.

I think World story quests are harder.

But for endgame, hardest monster back then (before any title update) probably was Tempered Kirin. Which I think it's not harder than Tempered Gore 5 strength.

If you put g ames like Tri- GU era beyond MH1 era those games are piss easy.

Deny this, and you do not have played the older games and are dishonest too.

yep, its both.

And World is a big one, it saved MH saga, and Capcom alike. the job wasnt easy-make something new that would follow World, but better- but they screw up soo baaaad. messed up. Im not sure what to think anymore about MH from now on.

Im trying not to unistall it but the price and my 2 left friends still playing this game stops me from doin so everyday... I barley play that much now tho.
