It seems like IG controls flip-flops around with every release, and they can seem to settle on one configuration
Same with the combos. Some of the basic combos from Rise are now only doable if you enter focus mode...
Drives me crazy.
I love playing IG for it's aerial and dancing like style, but in Wilds I feel heavy, slow and the dancing-like moves have either disapered, either been hidden somewhere inside focus mode.
Not to mention the awful helicopter move when you finish mounting the monster... Why ??? T.T
- Need to hold the button before using it for 3 important skills
- Time to charge doesnt affected by Focus deco
- The time to charge to full capacity is too long
*For example Strong Descending Slash has 2 stages of charge and charging it to lvl.2 is too long
- Need to have all 3 colors of extracts to earn the full moveset
- Basic attacks such as Strong Rising Slash and Strong Wide Sweep have slow animation in general
The only positive overall damage feels good.
But "actual charge to attack weapon" - Great Sword is 100 times easier to manage
so its meh
Sounds more like a settings issue.
Insect Glaive feels must faster in Wilds, and thanks to the offset attack it seems more powerful even.
