Once I start it up on my laptop it crashes right away.
On my tower though I'm having zero issues.
Everything has been updated on my computer.

You do understand if I tell you, that comment does not help if you do not tell what suggested solutions you followed, yes?
I can tell for sure, your DxDiag report would not like like this if you followed my guide.
The major problem you are having is that your PC ran out of memory. Some components are also not installed correctly. I am currently on mobile while being treated at the hospital, so it is sort of a hassle to give you a sum up.
Can you look up the adjustments needed and the troubleshooting tools from my guide? For your laptop you should do most of them, better if you get another RAM bar for an upgrade to minimum 32 GB.

Start with tip#1 then work all your way down until you get to the troubleshooting tools.
Once your settings are fine, use them to have Windows check on the faulty OS components.
If you wonder why sometimes it randomly launches without you changing settings: it is because of your standby RAM is in constant flux. You can compensate it with much more virtual memory, but I still have to encourage you to get more RAM. For details check the guide and the explanations.
Thanks
Good luck to you as well - I will check this thread again and later and hoping you have good results with the guide. Let me know if there is anything unclear or you have questions.
There are no indications of memory issues since Monster Hunter Wilds did not encounter an out-of-memory exception (in fact the game itself did not crash, your drivers did).
The Fatal Error D3D clearly shows that your drivers crashed, so the DxDiag was not necessary for starters.
Please disable any NVIDIA overlay features, update your drivers, and ensure that the game is running on your NVIDIA GPU, not the Intel one.
If someone tells you that your hardware has a problem, please don't believe them, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. This problem has been around since RE2 Remake and every game developed with the RE Engine, but it's not as bad as Wild.
