Need Help

Is the Twin Flames Dual Blade bugged. Its on the Rathlos tree but I cant craft it or see the items (i have all the items to craft it) and i can craft then next blades to the side and below. or am I missing something. Ive hunted the rathian and rathlos several times already.

I know there was a dual blade I had missing in the middle of a line, I don't think it was this one but it's worth a shot:

Try hunting a high-rank Guardian Rathalos.

Edit: Also, if you upgraded your Kut-Ku blades from 1 into 2, you may need to make a second set, but I don't think that prevents it from showing the items needed.

update, i figured it out. you need to find rathlos in the field, cant just do a mission.
