Concurrent players and sales have nothing to do with the quality of the game mechanics.
Is this how zoomers think these days? wtf.
This isn't true at all.
Many great games fly under the radar. There simply is not enough time and marketing in the world for every single good game to succeed.
There is tons of luck involved.
Clearly you don't know much about how the world works.
Lots of things are born into success.
Monster Hunter has built up its brand over 20 years. They hit on something 20 years ago and kept building it up.
Give me a break XD I can't believe it.
Just following trends. And playing popular stuff to fit in. Boring.
and ppl wouldnt be buying it if it was a good game ie sales being made equals good gameplay and quality did it have a rough start for some sure(mostly bc their setups cant handle the games requirements) but its a good game factually otherwise it wouldnt be making sales at all just bc its not some hidden gem of a game but a namebrand game doesnt make it less of a good game
Something a true jobless zoomer loves to do.
I do think that good games often rise to the top but no that is not universally true. Compare some of the recent Pokemon slop to a game like Cassette Beasts. Pokemon certainly sold better but not on the basis of it's game play and mechanics, but rather brand recognition.
And that the series equivalent to Super Smash Bros Ultimate packed an absurd amount of stuff into a single game at the time?
I don't get it, is that somehow bad?
