That is not a game bug. That is the PCs auto-optimisation for different displays taking over, like Nvidia App (GeForce Experience) tends to auto-optimise games if not deactivated.
The game's shader cache cannot keep up with such changes unless you determine one main display permanently and then update the shader cache when changing it.
Hence one of my advices is AFTER CHANGING SETTINGS to delete the shader cache since it blows up.
They should have stable 60 FPS throughout in very good quality.
It is stronger that what I am having, and with the correct settings the game looks great - in my personal opinion with stable framerate to enjoy.
