considering people with more modern GPU could even get past 60 fps, i would say you have no chance of anything playable.

Also, to anyone talking about Framegen, 580 is not supported for framegen, 5000 series or higher is, he can use upscale which would not be recommended, if you render frames at 5-10 fps 720p or lower the outcome would be horrendous.

The game might start, but even if you are lucky and does launch, even on low 720p you are looking at a slideshow.

i can play the beta just fine

It works on rx 580 8gb I change it to windows 8 compatibility but the graphics of background is not loading and its blinking, but monster and your character is fine and since i only has 75hz monitor it runs as smooth like that
