This example doesn't work when you factor in all the other bills and costs in life.
Well. I graduated from top 30 university in US with CS major, but I don’t have a real full time job now. But I have to say, the price is still high for me. I need to pay many things in my life.
As long as the game is playable offline and comes on a dics, I sometimes even wait a couple of years and buy it secondhand fro my Xbox for just a few euros. To me the game will still be new, I don't need to play games on day one. They're just as enjoyable in a couple of years after release when a game is played solo.
Picked up MH World in a bargain bin for €5 for the Xbox and even better deal than the lowest price on Steam.
For well-optimized games like KCD2 that will easily run at 60 fps on a 1060.
Wilds on the other hand is a disaster and requires a far more power, and expensive, computer than it's visuals deserve.
This is why some people need to go back to school.
MH World costs 30€. 10€ on discount days. I think you can get World + Iceborne expansion for less 20€ on discount. That's a really good deal.
back in the time of MH 2G a bowl of noodle were $10 now it's $20 to $30. inflation happen. I am actually surprised the price stay the same for game for such a long time without much inflation until now
Right? This isn't news so idk what the OP is on about. Been 70$ for almost 5 years now.
