Please Note:
In order to claim the save data bonuses, you'll need save data from Monster Hunter: World or Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on your system
that meet the gameplay conditions below.
Monster Hunter: World Save Data Bonus
The save data on your system must be from a data file that has completed hunter and Palico character creation.
Monster Hunter World: Iceborne Save Data Bonus
The save data on your system must be from a Monster Hunter World: Iceborne data file that has progressed at least up to the following point:
Complete the ending of Monster Hunter: World, talk to the character named "Feisty Fiver" near the entrance of Astera, and afterwards travel
to and arrive in the Ancient Forest.
How to Obtain/Use
— Add-ons can be claimed after purchase at the Support Desk.
— Palico equipment can be managed from the Palico Menu in the tent.
— Nameplates can be managed in your Hunter Profile.
— Save data is required on the same PlayStation@5 console, Xbox Series XIS console, or PC used to play Monster Hunter Wilds.
If you have save data on a cloud, you will need to save it to your console or PC in order to claim the bonuses.
— If you are playing Monster Hunter Wilds on PlayStation@5 but your Monster Hunter: World or Monster Hunter World: Iceborne save data is
on a PlayStation@4 console, you will need to transfer that data to your PlayStation@5 console.
— If you are playing Monster Hunter Wilds on Xbox Series XIS but your Monster Hunter: World or Monster Hunter World: Iceborne save data is
on an Xbox One console, you will need to transfer that data to your Xbox Series X or Xbox Series S console.
— No save data transfers other than those listed above are valid for the save data bonuses.
Could be, I would double check and if it's not there then you should be able to download the save from Steam Cloud
