Multi-trillion dollar investment groups bribing capcom to make their games worse is an issue for monster hunter, but i do agree that optimization, poor team synergy, and micro-transactions are bigger issues... for the moment. Yeah a lot of it is just third worlders reaction farming so they can buy skins and make a few scraps of money but there are legitimate concerns that people in bad faith arguments are trying to gloss over by calling everyone they don't like a bigot.

The main concern with pushing idpol into video games is the slippery slope into the garbage heap. "Give them an inch, and they'll take a mile".

Fixing bugs, gameplay quality and stuff is important, but making sure the female characters actually look female is importanter.

You mean to tell me a TC creating a thread calling the game bad isn't productive and that the people reply to it despite knowing the OP will never reply is a waste of time?

Pretty much, I'm sick of it on both sides as neither are willing to agree with each other as they under the belief that giving each other an inch is like admitting some imaginary defeat and so the topics keep going in circles and instead of actually addressing the problem everyone is trying to pull a gotcha instead.

Devs already mentioned they were addressing the performance issues and this is the entire point of a beta beside just being a hype builder it's meant to test performance and engagement so we'll wait and see if they are telling the truth, we already know the outcome if what they said isn't true.

I've been playing a lot of GU lately and my favorite part is loading up the map for a new monster and thinking "it's a Royal Ludroth, he likes his water, so areas 10, 5, and 6 are the most likely places to find him." and then tracking it down. Eh just don't respond is the best you can do imo. It's what i do. Occasionally i'll join in on the trolling because it's fun but i just like watching from afar, seeing the endless fighting.
