I dont know what OP means with mexico filter because the game really doesnt seem to make use of any orange postprocessing filter and is definitely not overly saturated.
However of course.. its a sandy area and it looks like a sandy area
Since these were taken durring movement, please do consider motionblur a fact.

But 80% of these pictures area is nothing but blur.
Guess our tastes are just too different, Well happens. Maybe on release with the reworked visuals and updated engine, your issue will be solved to your liking.
Yeah I mean that looks great imo, my main issue is during the storms, when it feels like HDR gets turned on. Like, all of the blacks turn into greys and browns, and it just looks all washed out. I have hope they'll improve it by launch, but it genuinely is just, hard to look at sometimes, even at the best settings with how the sandstorms are handled.
Maybe its an intended visual. Like the "life" being blurred away by this "deadly storm".
Thanks for sharing those pics! I see the blurriness they're talking about, but the game still looks very pretty to me.
np, yw!
Textures from afar are fine...but if you actually get close and look they are not near polished given the req.
Frame gen & upscaling (more so as you go down in resolution as theres less image detail to upscale well) make it worse.
