Sick of you whinging brokies muddying up the place - Game is GOTY 2025 without a doubt.

All the complaining in the world aint gunna make your 5 year old rig run it flawlessly.

It's a beta not a demo - gives you time to save some money instead of spelunking it all on only-fans.

It literally states in the recommended specs that you need a decent computer and frame gen to get an average standard of performance - what part of this does not register in your thick carapaceon brains.

No this isn't a "bad" thing - technology has just moved on. Meanwhile your still living in your nans basement like a brokie.

Plenty of games I couldn't play before I upgraded - didn't go onto their forums complaining.

In fact I upgraded my GPU just for this game... and would you believe it, I did that PRIOR to the beta release, like immediately after seeing the recommended specs drop, just like a normal person would.

In fact I bought nearly all my previous consoles before becoming an PC guy JUST to play Monster Hunter - PSP, Wii, Wii U, 3DS, PS4 Pro; Meanwhile you won't even spend a few $$$ on a GPU fit for purpose in 2025.

Its just the typical brokie mentality - Cant afford a good rig so I will torch the game and make it out to be crap when it aint.

My little bro just got a new Dell gaming laptop for 2k and is running the beta just fine.

Thats not the point of the laugh though, its: he sleeps in the basement, but has the most money out of all of my family members xD.

Edit: and whats also funny is that people have been complaining since the store page has gone up.
Shouldve started saving at that time.

As for the game price, save a dollar a day, and by day 70, you'd have saved 70USD.
For those outside of the US, like CAD, you all still got ~280 days left to save for the game...if you want it day one...

Its ~120 days, no idea how I got 280, perhaps because of the pricing?

Game works fine on a 4070ti Super and a 9700kf...Not exactly space-age material.

The funny thing here is that a significant part of the performance issues lie with this game being very CPU intensive. Buying a new GPU won't really do much for you. The state of this Beta is unfortunately very unoptimized, though. A wide, WIDE swath of high end components run into similar frame rates as lower end ones.
