CPU always 100% loading FPS less than 30

My Laptop CPU is 11th Gen i7-11370H 3.30GHz
GPU RTX-3070
40GB ram
When playing, all 8 CPU cores are 100% loading which is the bottleneck
GPU only 60-70% loading, RAM used half only.
FPS always 15 - 25 only even graph quality set to Low.
There are obvious performance issue in this version.
Not another game needed to consume 100% CPU, not even over half, usually the bottleneck should be the GPU.
I hope the next official version will fix the performance issue.

Game is a cpu hog even on my ryzen 9 7950x3d it eats a surprising amount which is 16 (32 thread) 4.5ghz using an upwards of 30%

And no not all games hog GPU some are CPU heavy.

You could try turning some of the options up.

Typically higher graphics options put more stress on the gpu.
While, lower graphics options can shift some of that load onto the cpu....

With your cpu being the weak link, lower graphics options may make it run worse due to putting more load on the cpu.

Hmm... But isn't the Ryzen 9 FAR above the recommended requirements? So theoretically, the game shouldn't be hogging that much.

Guys can't you read? Recommended specs are for 60 fps with frame gen on lmao.
CPU optimization in re engine games is always bad you need 7800x3d to have above 60 fps in basecamp. for games like re4 remake it's fine, but make something bigger and it runs like ♥♥♥♥.

I mean if it can it will im sure lol my brother has a much lesser cpu and can run it. But running it and getting the best out of it aren't always the same lol he has to play on the lowest settings, But also barely squeaks into the minimum.
