How is the performance for everyone?
I have a RTX 4070 with an i5 13600KF and 64 GB of RAM.

Anyone with similar specs can share their experience with the performance of the game?

For me it kinda runs fine I guess? Using the High preset with DLSS Quality and Framegen it runs on average around 100 fps, but I notice big FPS drops when there is grass or when the monster gets really close to the screen (maybe the fur is the issue?).

I dislike that many modern AAA games are depending more and more on upscaling and framegen. Like without any of it, I might have to run the game on Mid/Low to get stable 60 fps.

RTX 3050 8GB + 16 GB ram + Ryzen 7 5800x3D. It runs at 33-50 fps for me with every graphics settings turned down to the lowest or off. DLSS with Ultra Performance. Game looks like a PSP game and runs like a PSP game, except the PSP game looks way better at this point. Don't get me wrong, I pre-ordered MH:Worlds and finished it solo from start to finish. I played many Monster Hunter games before from PSP to Wii and other consoles. The game is literally unplayable for average people like me.

Similar pc build, similar fps, I can play it in that frame range but it's not pleasant.

4090 laptop, 45-60fps, highest settings = 55FPS on average. Turned on AI DLSS and I cannot see the difference, its 90-100+ fps now (albeit on 1080p 32" 255Hz screen) :lunar2019piginablanket:

Not terribly good but the world is quaite large, detailed and the light/shadows look majestic :lunar2019piginablanket:

My performance is great but I have a 4080 super and of 32 GB ram. I was running it on 2k with all settings maxed and no frame gen and it felt like a stable 60. But I doubt many wiil have my experience.

12600kf + 4060ti + 32GB drops to like 45 fps in HUB area without frame-gen

Your quantity of ram is useless. The speed of it is greatly better.
I have a i7 8700K, 4070 RTX. 3440x1440 DLSS Quality FG. Barely under 60 FPS.

4k DLSS + frame gen, getting 100fps on max settings with RTX 4080 and an i7-13700k

RTX 3080, 5800X3D and 32gb Ram.
Honestly the game runs very bad. I play in 1440p and the only way to get 70/80 fps is to use FSR 3 (balanced) + Frame generation. Obviously you will get a lot of input lag and ghosting with frame generation on. And it looks quite horribile for a 2025 title.
If you try to use a native configuration, so without dlss/fsr and frame gen, with my configuration you will get 40/50 fps max.
You can play with the details, but from "ultra preset" to Minimum" you will gain max 10fps. It's a shame....The frame generation allow the devs to not optimize the title

Well so it seems the performance it's pretty hit or miss. Obviously people with 4000 RTX series are going to have a decent performance, but sadly ppl on the lower side it's pretty bad and on the unplayable side.

I really hope Capcom optimizes this game a little bit until release. Let's be honest here, we've seen games that look much better than this and that run miles better, but we all know a major part of the problem is the RE Engine which is not designed for seamless Open World games like this.

I definitely agree with you on that one :(

Honest question, is there a place in-game to submit feedback? I was looking around but couldn't find it.

I don't think there is one ingame, but you can provide feedback here on the stickied thread.

Why are you even trying anything above 1080p with the CPU like that?! I'm on 1080p with i9-14900 :lunar2019piginablanket:

4090 1440p everything max dlss quality > 80fps on hunt

Try changing DLSS from Ultra Performance to quality, the game defaults to Ultra Performance regardless of your specs for some reason.
