Black screen when creating character is anyone like me? how to fix it

Can you post your specs? Some issues people are having is due to using hardware that doesn't support AVX2 and it's causing the game to crash or not load properly.

Turn off upscaling (DLSS etc) and see if it works, not sure why. But it worked for some
