Nvidia Shadowplay

Does anyone else have this weird issue where Shadowplay will just keep restarting/turning itself on and off while trying to turn on instant replay? I've also tried regular recordings and Nvidia will just turn off the recording immediately when I tab back into the game. Very odd problem, I'm guessing since it doesn't recognize the beta as an actual game (although the desktop capture mode doesn't seem to work either...)
