AMD GPU Frame Gen Screen Tearing
Any other AMD GPU users have crazy screen tearing on the sides of the screen and mad ghosting on your character when using Frame Gen?

frame generation is trash technology. dont use it

In-game frame generation is broken for AMD.
Use AFMF2 in the driver settings, no ghosting.

Game works fine with frame gen on my 7900 xtx high settings 1440p frametime perfectly smooth, without frame gen iam at 70-100 fps depending on the scene,

Cpu: 5800x3D
32Gbs of ram
game on ssd as it uses direct storage

Yeah, lots of ghosting. Frame-gen doesn't work well unless you're already getting >60fps without it.

Bruh imagine AMD and Nvidia say you need atleast 60fps, and if you use MSI Afterburner to limit fps, the frame time is smooth af, turn off V-Sync and ingame fps limit

Frame gen works fine i bet 99% of you guys do not use latest drivers and have not yet turned on hardware accelerated gpu scheduling (HAGS) (Game says its needed btw)

serious ghosting with camera movement is not called working fine, no other game's native FSR FG has this issue

I used frame generation which worked for me my game runs way smoother but everything seems to have an after imagine which is weird.

Final fantasy 16 had camera movement ghosting with AMD frame generation ON and motion blur unlocked with the mods. Looks like the same for MH but disabling Motion blur doesn't fix it like it did in FF16

use AFMF2 or lossless scaling is much better

my brother and i both have 7900 xtx - he had frame gen ON and working fine without motion artifacts he plays ultra wide, im playing at 4k and it didn't work on my PC.
Solution ? use Fluid motion frames 2

Hardware Accelerated GPU Scheduling (HAGS) on?

How did you activate it? Here on my RX 6750XT it says inactive and I can't use it, even disabling VSync.
