Those are usually the biggest offenders for blurry image, they can give an FPS boost but if you can afford to play without them, the game looks much better.
I play on 1080p it is look blur, but when i change to 1440p it is look good. 1080p native monitor btw,
If you want a couple more suggestions that I found out, dissabling Depth of Field (last page of the graphics settings) and bloom also helps with blurriness. Try it out and see how it looks without them.
