Monster looks pretty high res for me actually hmmm, I wonder
Because you are trolling. The game is a blurry mess even with dlaa

It doesn't look blurry to me. I play at 4k, though. it looks very nice. though, so did worlds.
Words looks nice not wilds. Playing at 4k does not take away the blur

Disable anti aliasing, enable DLSS DLAA and frame gen
make sure you have a gpu with at least 16gb of vram, for some reason nvidia likes to only put 8gb in a lot of their cards

You can run "High" textures on 12gb of VRAM, but not "Highest." In-game VRAM usage display suggests you will be fine on VRAM at the highest textures, but it causes insane stuttering on my 4070.

If you have less than 12gb of VRAM, I would either wait for patches or get it on PS5 Pro if you have one, because you will get stuttering unless you drop textures to Medium, and textures lower than "High" look pretty bad.

you need high texture dlc, but dont set it to ultra texture, keep it high

but game now look witout blurry and good textures
yeah bruh same here idk what to do
Frame generation will do that to your game. Graphical artifacting when the game basically has micro-hallucinations between frames
Thats why ReShade exists.

i think reshade just changes the gamut or color ranges it doesnt help with clarity? u wud have to either turn off the upscaling/frame gen in order to stop the blurry mess or downscale it

This thread is from 2024. The final product looks much better than the beta back then.

It does help with clarity as well, but you are correct that it is mostly a settings issue and less something to be expected ReShade to magically fix.

No it doesn't. It looks very much the same.
I swear bloom is the worst it's ever been in a game. The light is way too bright in many scenes and it just blurrs to record levels.

ReShade has countless Filters by now. You can change the Visual Quality of Games to the extreme. KCD2 looks 10x better with my Filter. MHW is limited because of the mediocre base graphics, but you can use luman sharpen, dpx and other stuff to enhance it alot.
I don't know how it is with DLSS, but with FSR set to quality, the game looks like a ps3 title from 2009. To get a much much cleaner image, use frame gen and native fsr aa instead of FSR set to Quality. Makes a nigh n day difference, but you gain less frames of course. With native fsr aa, i do see my frames dropping to arround 55fps in certain spots, but the image is so much cleaner that i kinda do care. Prefer playing a title that doesn't look like a launch title for the Xbox 360.
