How do I fix the Black Screen - I can See Menu - Not Character/Game

Hi,
For some reason when I get to character creation, i cant see the character or pet.
Its just the black screen, but the menu on the left side that lets you adjust how they look works fine.
When I get into the game, I can hear everything "Dont let her get away" Basically I hear them chasing someone, but the screen is black...I can see the captions and other settings but not game.
Can anyone please help, my graphics are upto date, and I am not sure what the problem is.

I'm getting the same problem, trying to unistall and reinstall will get back to you with whether or not it helps

try going to options>graphics>upscaling ( super-resolution immaging) amd choosing disable. fixed it on my end

This fixed my issue but it reset when I quit to title to try and see the intro cut scene.
So if your having this issue you will need to disable the upscaling every time you want to play.
