The timing for this game falls in line with Street Fighter 6, which Capcom also injected with woke DEI-consultant quota BS. I am very worried that MH World and Rise were the last in the series before this infection took over. Even looking at the Gemma character who people are thirsting over, you can see masculine features like a squared jaw line. The trailer that just released looks like a girl-boss feature.
We lost Square Enix and the Final Fantasy series to DEI quotas, this would be the next most likely series for those disgusting snakes to tear down. They are literally trying to ruin the gaming industry. Numbers speak, the majority don't want your DEI BS!!!

I agree, but its not difficult to make a male character look manly.
And a female character look womanly, while also not over-sexualizing said character.

Whats wrong with over sexualizing a character? Only a minority has a problem with sexy female characters. A character can be sexy and have depth… you know just like in the real world… where sexy women have brains and a personality. Majority of gamers prefer attractive characters. Realism argument is a non starter - its a fictional world, its inherently unrealistic. And even if it was, attractive women are plenty real, I see them every day. Sadly, some people are immune to facts, and those are the ones who tend to live online and think their world view is that of the majority.

Wilds will probably still sell well though (unless more information comes out), people will still play a good game despite it having DEI. God of War Ragnarok for example or BG3

it is, from broad appeal design for a "wide net" audience to now outfits gender restriction removed, its becoming a mess

honestly Capcom more and more one to avoid from char creator "body type 1/2", their views on localization, censored down outfits in RE and now this
