This isn't an MMO or guild/clan oriented online game.
In the og MH1, you could make "guilds" but they were really just a named group for friends listing and partying up to hunt together.
Lore and story setting wise,
The Hunter's Guild is basically the law of the land.
Every player is already hunting under The Guild by order of the Commission they set up.
The Guild and Commission are mentioned in the Wilds trailers, so it's safe to assume they're still the ruling over any hunters.
Maybe we'll see some form of "hunting parties" or some guild like system, but it most likely won't be an extensive or in-depth system.
