They used body type in MH: Rise and Dragon's Dogma 2, so that's what you'll get. I personally don't understand why companies want to delete men and women from their games, but it seems that's the norm now if you don't want the loud minority cancelling your products.

From the look of gamescom and the developer's statement, my understanding is the following: There will be male and female body types. However, cross-dressing is enabled.

Second of all, you're not understanding how this all works. This isn't Capcom's initiative. Capcom is told to do this by the DEI investment groups, otherwise they won't get their easy money. However, their entire mission is social engineering by making this stuff acceptable. If you just reject the concept of body type "a and b" and realize that it's an alien addition by a DEI group, you can still enjoy the game because they haven't actually gotten what they want... to gaslight you into thinking male and female don't exist as categories.
