Those tags were there looong before the second trailer was released, it's just people trolling. Just click the flag right next to those tags and hopefully they will get removed.

Did you not know that 95% of Japanese game on Steam had these? Literaly.

There are a few group of people tagging all Japanese game with these all the time.
There are also group randomly tagging Japanese romance game with LGBT when the game dont have any content that could be linked to it.

Basicaly just political activist and xenophobic.
It's the same people that work for Sony and force most Japanese game to be censored for things that are allowed in western game.

Also, reporting these tag rarely ever work.

pff i hate steam allows users to do this

jsut because of this stupidity the game doesn't appear in the store for me and i cba enabling Hentai cause 99% of recommendate queue gets filled with these....

It's because of this that i removed all filter from my account, i would have missed quite a lots of "normal" game if i had removed game with "sex" or "nudity" tag.

This also made me realise something quite crazy, Steam regulary refuse Japanese adult game because they have some content they dont like, like a game with adult women showing their breast, but they allow western game with child porn and zoophilia.

But this is nothing new, company from the USA are extremely xenophobic toward Japanese and Chinese. And sadly no one seem to care.
