Fallout: New Vegas Sale?

Hey,

First, I thought this game will suck, but when I watched a lot of video's aboet the gameplay and stuff, it seems pretty cool. I heard it's like TES V: Skyrim, just with guns,... Does anyone know when this game will be in Sale? And is this game it worth?

The game needs to be on sale. If your going to buy it, get Ultimate Edition. I borrowed my friends copy on PS3 and its awesome. I am waiting for the steam sale. Normal its 30$ but if it was on sale it could be half off. If you download the steam mobile app, you can check everday for the daily specials, or you could just check steam manually. I dont believe that the schedule for sales is public. Just come back and check everyday :) Thats what I am doing until it is on sale.

Its not exactly "Skyrim with guns", but it is made by the same person. Game worth it.

No it is far from Skyrim with guns both are made by Bethesda but Fallout New Vegas was actually produced by Obsidain and Bethesda was the publisher.Now some give Obsidain a bad rap but they are a really good team and many of the staff worked on the fist two Fallout games from the late 90's.

You also dont have to buy the UE version you can buy the regular version of the game and buy the ohter DLC that you want as you have the money.Another thing to consdier about the UE is that some WIN7 users have had trouble getting the UE version to run correctly and it can be a real chore to get it to play correctly.This seems not to be an issue with Win7 users who have the "normal" version.

For the record the only diffrance between UE and normal is that UE comes with every DLC and a dislike for WIN7 and costs $10.00 less than the normal version.Of course hours and hours of trying to get UE to run well on your WIN7 machine may not be worth the $10.00 that you saved.

In my opnion $30.00 is not really a bad price for the amount of game time you will get from FONV myself I have over 300 hours and I paid around $70.00 for my full game having bought it at launch and the DLCs that I have (all but the Couriers Stash) when they where full price and i still feel like I got my moneys worth.

You may have to wait a while for FONV to go on sale as well it may not go down in price until the Black Friday say in late November and you may as well wait until then or during the Xmas sales when they really drop prices dont want to get fr only half off only to see sell for 75% off a few weeks after you buy it.

It's nothing like Skyrim. It's a whole lot better. A proper RPG not made for moronic baboons which is what Bethesda makes.

This game is worth getting. have all the DLC's and beat it a couple times. If you really into modding games this is one of the best games to do it in, its not even that hard to add your own stuff in the game. it would really be cool if they made it to where it had multiplayer. www.newvegas.nexusmods.com/mods/46561

Yea the games worth it. I think the PC version would be better because you can get past crippling bugs. And The Elder Scrolls series is made by Bethesda, New Vegas is made by Obsidian. But i plan on getting New Vegas when its 50-75% off.
