OWB is weird in that the economy is fixed - there is no new influx of caps and no real restocking, so all the caps are what you can scrounge and what you brought with you, plus whatever amount the Sink starts with. You really have to manage your trades and barter to get all the upgrades without depleting caps, as well as trade back to recoup your repair fees. It's also complicated by the auto-doc's implant fees simply disappearing from the economy. It's a good thing they give you so much storage to keep up your trades until you're ready to trade them.

May just be a glitch in your game. I never had problems selling or buying from the sink. Just use the console command in the above post to get your caps back.

crazy oh well I been playing this game without "cheating" but i cant see adding back what i lost hurting anything thanks for the advice!
