VATS & Criticals guns character build, Advice!
Hey guys Ive played Fallout 1-2-3 and now going to NV Ultimate edition.
Ive built a character to go heavily on VATS and criticals with guns, rifles & shotguns.

Difficulty: Hard
-----------------------------------------
S.P.E.C.I.A.L:

S - 3 + Implant (4) "Weapon Handling" -2 Strength for all weapons.
P - 5 + Implant (6) + Hat (7)
E - 6 + Implant (7)
C - 1
I - 9 + Implant (10) Already took implant at Level 1
A - 7 + Implant (8) + Intense training (9) + Small Frame (10)
L - 9 + Implant (10)

-----------------------------------------
Traits:

1- Built to Destroy. (+ Critical).
2- Small frame (+ 1 Agility) (Not for Hardcore I know).
3- Kamikaze or Wild Wasteland (Optional).
-----------------------------------------
2- Intense training (+1 Agility)
4- Educated
6- Comprehension
8- Commando
10- Finesse
12- Weapon Handling (-2 Strength for all weapons)
14- Sniper
16- Better Criticals
18- Shotgun Surgeon
20- Hand Loader (NOT SURE)
22- Jury Rigging
24- Grim Repear's Sprint
26- Action Boy
28- Action Boy
30- Nerves of Steel

Any advice and feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Edit: Strenght is the only thing which im worried, should I put +1 to (Strength) from "Intense training" istead of Agility? if so my Strength with an implant will be (5) and with "Weapon Handling" Perk I'll be able to carry the Anti material rifle, im not sure though, i need more advice.

Edit2: AMR requires 8 Strength, my bad :/

If you're not looking for a walk in the park add a role play element where you set what guns your charecter knows how to use, maybe.

I always RP in the game and Im not planning to focus on a single class of weapon, i may use energy weapons or add some skill points though Ive started a new game and changed SPECIAL stats quiet a bit ^_^

I deleted all of my previous saves and started from Goodsprings and changed my stats.
-------------------------------------------

New one:

S - 4 + Implant (5) + "Weapon Handling" + "Spineless" equals of 8 Strength
P - 5 + Implant (6) + Hat (7)
E - 6
C - 1
I - 9 + Implant (10)
A - 6 + Implant (7) + Small Frame (8) +Intense training (9)
L - 9 + Implant (10)

Traits:

1- Built to Destroy. (+ Critical).
2- Small frame (+ 1 Agility).

Perks:

2- Intense training (+1 Agility)
4- Educated
6- Comprehension
8- Commando
10- Finesse
12- Weapon Handling
14- Sniper
16- Better Criticals
18- Shotgun Surgeon
20- Hand Loader (Need Advice here) ???
22- Jury Rigging
24- Grim Repear's Sprint
26- Action Boy
28- Action Boy
30- Nerves of Steel
--------------------------------------------------

I need advice guys.

If you wear some of the Old World Blues unique items, you won’t need to use intense training.

This post is from over 9 years ago bro. This person likely finished this play through long ago. In fact his build is designed for up to level 30, so he probably didn't even have the dlc

This thread was quite old before the recent post, so we're locking it to prevent confusion.
