How Do You Noclip?

I'm stuck...Literally. I was jumping around Ceasar's camp and there were these two metal bars sticking out the ground. I jumped into it only to find out that I could not jump back. I don't want to load up my auto-save because that auto-save is all the way back a Novac. (I HATE WALKING LONG DISTANCES IN FALLOUT!!!) Does anybody know how to NoClip?

Ingredients:
2 Slices of Whole Wheat Bread
2 Eggs
1 Slice of Swiss Cheese
Like about a handful of spinach
A generous amount of mustard
A less generous amount of mayo
And a stingy amount of horseradish

Step 1:
Throw those peices of bread into a toaster.
(Note that when I say "Throw the pieces of bread into the toaster" I mean to do so in such a manner that they will be suffeciently toasted. Put them in the right way, don't just cram them in.)
Start the toasting process!

Step 2:
Combine the mustard, mayo, and horseradish togehter.
You have just made something called "cool sauce", which is a very cool sauce and you will be cool just by eating it. (Take it from me; I've been eating cool sauce for 5 years at this point!)

Step 3:
Scramble those eggs. I like my eggs country style, which is when you pretend to do them over easy and then halfway through suddenly break the yolks and swish them around. This makes the eggs terrified, which, as we all know, leads to tastier eggs.

Step 4:
Combine all of them togehter.
I have a particular order I like to stack them, myself.
1: Toast
2: Cool Sauce
3: Spinach
4: The eggs
5: Slice of swiss cheese
6: Bread

You have now made a copy of the same sandwich the Great Honorable Jazck the First ate on the 30th of September, 2018. Congratulations!
