Mods for level caps, and balancing

Hello everyone, I'm looking for a well-balanced level cap mod that can increase the level cap, take care of any conflicts that raising the level caps, perhaps help the NPCs level WITH me, and provide additional perks and allow me to distribute my stats without making it feel too easy or too cheap. I guess I could say I made the mistake of doing the DLC before completing the game and now I'm level 50... woopsies. Anyway, I'd like to add more to the game which will make me continue looking to go on quests. I've heard of a few mods that raise the stat cap from 100 to 200/255, and I'm seeking feedback from anyone who has tried it.

This is a MUST, because I am installing Tales of Two Wastelands (Formerly Requiem for the Capital Wasteland) and that's like, another 30 - 40 hours of gameplay, which is a lot of potential EXP.


I'm rambling but, basically I need a mod that is well balanced and adds to the level cap without making the game feel too cheap or overpowered. Thanks in advance.

Any semblance of balance was thrown out when DM was released with a +5 to the level cap. I don't think it's possible to make the game challenging in any way at level 50 or beyond.

I have the 225 level cap and indeed I am having fun because I always like that xp bar to go up, but the My skills have Rised all to 100 and now I am a god..... but I got the extra perks mods and skills, and I have been entertained since lol. You should get the mod
