Do Marked Men respawn?

If i ride through the divide and slaughter all the marked men, can i expect them to replenish within the next few business days?

Yep. Good source of money, although by the time I go through the Divide money is useless. The last time I did it I had enough crap on me at the first commissary or however that's spelled to buy all three mods for Red Glare and the SMMG.
