If it says SOME ITEMS ARE NOT AVAILABLE, you either:
A. Removed a DLC
B. Removed a mod.
One of those is the only explaination. The problem lies with that you somehow still have content from the deleted content and when you went to use it, the mesh and stuff was missing, so now there is the Gamebryo Engine error mesh following the player. Fully uninstall the game, DELETE the entire game directory, and delete all saves. Reinstall and start a new game. This will 100% help.
However, DO NOT attempt to use your old save after you reinstall or the game will again have the red block and you will need to clear the directory by a reinstall AGAIN.
Also this is a good reason to use Nexus Mod Manger, where it makes it easier and much safer to install and uninstall mods during game saves.
For example, if you install a weapon retexture mod, nexus mod manager (NMM) will remember how the data/texture folder looked before altering, so if you uninstall the mod, it will replace the old files back.
B. That would be a NO!
I didn't remove anything and I didn't have any mods.
I did uninstall and reinstalled and used a saved game. It's working fine.
I didn't mess with any thing. Sorry guys the game just messed up. Thank you for your help.
Edit: After validating game files I had 2 files (Approx. 1GB worth) that didn't pass check, I'll let it download and hopefully it gets fixed. I really want to play this game again.
Edit: The two files I had to redownload were corrupted. While downloading the game, there was a huge interruption of my home internet which caused them to only partially download. Not sure how that happened but re-downloading them worked.

I don't know how many mods you have installed but I get the same problem and I'm 100% certain that the number of mods is the cause for me.
