Possible cause for Fallout NV Start Up Screen Crash
I have Fallout New Vegas Ultimate Edition...

I was using Notepad to look threw a file called " GDFFalloutNV " ( its a DLL file ) in the Fallout New Vegas folder on my computer and this is what it said when I did....

I can't make heads or tales of this but what I do notice is that its saying something about Microsoft Visual C++ possibly causing a problem.

( My specs )

My OS : MS Windows Vista Home Premium 32 bit SP-2
My Processor : Intel Core 2 CPU 6600 @2.42 GHz
My Graphics Card : ATI Radeon HD 4300/4500 Series
My Ram : 4 GB
My Hard Drive : 222 GB with 127 GB of Free Space

...and my Bios and all drivers are up to date.
