No gods, no masters bug
So I was in the legate camp at the end and I killed Lanius. Now the game is telling me to go to the front door to deal with general Oliver from the NCR....except he doesn't show up. I have waited in front of the main gate for 15 minutes...still no General Oliver. I restarded the game, did all the mission from the beginning and he still doesn't show up !

I've modded my game with Nexus but I highly doubt that the mods are the main source of the problem. I tried the original launcher (I was playing with NVSE) and it still doesn't work.

Do you know how I could solve this problem aside of restarting a new game ?

Well, Oliver is supposed to appear as you approach the main gate. The only thing I can think of is a mod that conflicts with the ending, seeing as you've done redone the whole quest. If it were a "temporarily" quest-script bug, it should've been solved by loading the quest from the beginning. I would suggest taking a look at your mods, and whether they might conflict with the endings, as chances are even if you start a new game it might end up the same. .

I have a friend who has the same mods as me if not more and it works for him. Maybe I'll try to uninstall all of them and restart the quest

I dit it ! I finished the game !

So first it's not my mods : I probably had a bug with the door at Legate's camp.

I had to use cheats to do it : First I used the cheats to complete the quest then I used the cheat to spawn General Oliver. I was able to talk to him and finish the game.

If you have the same problem as me try this method. You can find the IDs and the cheats codes on Fallout New Vegas Wiki.

If you kill lanius BEFORE talking to him, then the bug will happen. You have to engage him in conversation and whether you decide to fight him or convince him to leave, then the game will proceed normally.

I first talked to Lanius THEN I killed him. I tried again and I convinced him to leave but that didn't work
