Cannot Enter Mick and Ralphs

So as it says I cannot enter Mick and Ralphs. I have a heavily modded(in mu opinion heavy, some may think otherwise) game and for some reason I cannot load the store. I get a black screen with the loading wheel and after about 2-3 minutes of loading the game then crashes. My normal load times are 2-3 seconds, sometimes 10 seconds max. This is one store I have never entered on any of my play throughs, and this is most likely related to a mod. I just wanted to see if anyone else had this issue and what caused it before I start going through all my mods.

I am level 30 or 31, I got to about 25th level through a world of pain, that mod became so unstable I eventually uninstalled it and started playing the normal quests again. I want to say about 80 mods (textures, Followes, armors, weapons, quests, dlc stuff...)

Thanks Bobczes, I have already read that thread. That is not my issue but I am sure it is related to some mod. I guess I will start by seeing if any of my mods alter game trading sales and stuff. Maybe the weapons expanded mod, I think its called WMX or something along those lines.

Just disabled all plugins and even tried running the game through steam and not using SKSE or fnv4gb and the game still will not load the store, but now it just crashes right away. Maybe the game is missing that interior section. I guess I will try to reinstall it the game.
