Can I Side With Benny?
So without give any spoilers, how do I side with benny? I went up to the suite and accepted his offer and he told me to meet him on the casino floor, but now I can't find him anywhere. Was his offer just a trick or am I missing something?

well all i know is that you have to save him from caesar, anything else beyond that i have no clue

You donlt meet him at the casino floor. There is an elevator to the Presidential Suite. Hey he's comped you a room . Cuz he is such a swell guy!
The elevator entrance is on the first floor by a set up stairs in the Casino. It is NOT the main elevator. If you saw him in the casino before you met him( or met him there) the entrance is close to where he was standing.

You sound like someone suffering from Stockholm syndrome. Why on earth would you want to be pals with the scumbag who shot you in the head and left you for dead?

Have some self-respect and put a bullet in his ass! lol

Well he seemed the least evil. Mr. House clearly seems like he's trying to take over the world and Legion likes to hang people on sticks. Benny seemed like the slightly lesser evil...besides, I figured I could always just kill him and his people once Legion and House were out of the picture and then disable the robots

(I'm aware that may be totally wrong, but no spoilers please)

There are 2 other factions that may seem less evil, and Mr. House isn't all too evil either.

Your best bet is to play the thing all the way out. Let him escape the Tops. Take a bobby pin and stealth boy with you when you visit Caeser. He has a lot of dialogue.

If you save him from caeser then: when he escapes from his bondage, he never shows up again in the game. However, at one point it is possible for him to use the stealth boy and try to kill you. No dialogue is allowed. So he either dissapears from the game, or attacks you. Either way, this isn't something that changes the story line and isn't worth doing.

thanks for posting this! I did what you said, and the game crashed right afterward. I was sure the results would be as you said, but I did not know. I reloaded and choose a different path, just because I saw what this one did. I just wanted to see the dialogue.

He'll fight with you if you untie him but you'll get curb stomped by ceaser's men the second you help Benny no matter what

Benny is charismatic, and wants to make new vegas independent. There are good reasons to siding with him.
Short answer no, but you don't have to kill him.

The closest I think is first you have to have the perk which gives you special sexual dialogue options with men. Do it on him, ♥♥♥♥ him and choose not to kill him. He will then go to the Fort. Once you get there, you have the option of giviing him a stealthboy and bobby pin I think (if you have those items with you) and he can escape. If he manages to survive he will simply disappear from the game.

Originally if you did this there would be a random encounter where he ambushes you and tries to kill you again (alone). However this is cut, though you can get it back if you download Vegas Uncut.

He's basically just a lesser version of House

Well even though you can't talk to him there's still dialogue when he tries to kill you as he comments on how stupid you are for letting him go and then says and now im gonna kill ya for real or something to that effect... tbh Ive only ever seen him say that on the original Xbox version so it's possible in pc he doesn't have those lines?
