Is there any method to mod the game from Epic Games? Btw, I only seek for the Community Patch and one or two lore friendly mods that adds outfits and weapons thats it.

I know that lStewieAl made a epic games launcher patch similarly to the anniversary patch. It is supposed to aid in modding the EGS version. I hear it even works with Mod Organizer 2.

I warn you ahead of time, though. YMMV. I own that version of New Vegas as well as the Steam version but haven't tried any of it and I believe the patch doesn't allow for achievements to work if that is your interest.
