Do you help the NCR with the prison ( spoilers )
I always do and yet I feel bad. They call me a murderer and I feel like one. As far as I know, Eddie and company broke out and made a home in the prison. They could've been serving time for tax evasion or something small like that. What are your thoughts?

I always help the powder gangers, then when the NCR attack I just run to the south tower and jump the fence. That way I don't piss off the NCR or implicate myself with them, and the powder gangers still get wiped out.

Well the first thing they did after breaking free and murdering all of the prison guards is raid caravans and rape the guards, and also massacre almost an entire town. That seems pretty objectively bad to me.

Ahh, I did not know that
I just ignore the prison, but I went ahead and brought the Sheriff to Primm.

Is there a quest the NCR gives you to wipe out the Gangers?
I know you can betray them if you work with their leader in the prison, but I'm already vilified so I get shot on sight, hence, no way to get the quest.

Not that I know of. I do 3 quests for Eddie and then help the NCR take the prison back but you can't kill any gangers before doing that.

Well, looks like Boone and I will just have to take it upon ourselves.

I've deadass never done the quest because defending Goodsprings, which i always do for easy early XP automatically makes you vilified so I can never do the quest.

I do the quest all the time and don't get vilified. Just make sure you only kill like one or two guys max and let the townsfolk kill the most of em.

I feel like the ones serving time for small stuff would hop the fence and start a life somewhere else, instead of sticking around in the prison gang once it was taken over. They're practically and mechanically raiders at that point.

I don't think Meyers is too much of an exception either because of, you know, the extrajudicial killings he did whilst in a position of power. :sniperskull:
