Space Suit Helmet: Yeah, it's basically a giant fish bowl but it's got 4 DT right off the bat!
Atomic-Valence Tri-Radii-Oscillator: Not only does it give you extra Endurance AND some Health Regeneration but it also gives you 4 more DT to protect your head as much as a Remnants Power Helmet!
Dr. Mobius' glasses: That's right, you can still wear glasses with this set-up in case you took the "Four-Eyes" perk and these also give a boost to Explosives and Intelligence AND 1 extra DT
Hazmat Darklight Cowl: Stop it son, stop it! You now have 1 more DT protecting your head than MF'ing Joshua Graham! And you have night vision which is objectively better than the Riot Gear Helmets' Sneak Sight.

And with all this... I have the best headgear in the game bar none and I ain't even halfway through it yet! Suck on that busters!

Speech? Put Daniel's Hat on before a critical check! Rad Resistance? Ulysses' Mask has you covered! Screw you all, I'm ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ invincible!

You can combine the desert ranger helmet and some of the riot gear helmets with the space suit helmet, for unrivaled DT, and Daniel's hat can be worn on top of this mess.

Don't forget to grab a bomb collar. They don't do anything for your stats, but the style points are hard to beat.

Apparently, you can't combine the elite riot gear helmet with daniel's hat or the Space Suit Helmet but you can combine it with the Atomic-Valence headgear. Also, you can replace the Hazmat Hood with Ulysses' Mask once you finish Lonesome Road for an extra point of DT. Basically, my set-up still gives better protection.
