However, Blake has more caps, apparently, and the Sink CPU in Old World Blues has even more caps. (I say "apparently" because Blake and Dale Barton don't reset their caps or inventory in my game for some reason)
Vendortron, Mick, and Cliff Briscoe have some interesting unique weapons, or the Silver Rush if you're into energy weapons. Vendortron has weapons in full repair (nice for getting low end weapons for Jury Rigging to repair other weapons).
Quartermaster Bardon and the Great Khan Armorer have some technical difference in their inventory lists that makes them more likely to have some kinds of rarer items and to have a lot more ammo available.
every time it goes below 150 caps it restocks to 6000 caps. so you can sell everything there.
