Fallout new Vegas, Best character setup

So I finally got my fallout to work after directx managed to install :D. So I've been playing with fallout and I think I found the best character possible. Now by no means is this character "the best possible" But zI think at level 30 this charcter can destroy almost anything with ease.

This character is not my idea at all, all credit goes to iksi.

"First things first : it is not possible to 1 shot L-deathclaw with anti-material rifle at very hard difficulty (or if it is, then Im missing something), but I have 3x abominable, 3x lord death, bloody mess & living anatomy, used psycho + Lily's companion perk.. I also fired with .50 MG, Match (Hand Load) ammo. The legendary deathclaw will have 66 life after 1 sneak attack crit. So only way to 1 shot it with anti-material rifle is to lower the game difficulty.. to something else than very hard.

However : I managed to do it with energy weapons, with the pew pew unique laser pistol, loaded with max charge energy cells. Worth of mentioning thou, I had Lily, used spycho - had lord death rank 3 + abominable rank 3.. and barelly 1 shotted it.

Now after playing with guns build, I must say.. action point monster like this build, I can stay in V.A.T.S forever. 135 AP, and extremely high AP regen combined with grimm reapers perk, I just enter V.A.T.S kill 3-5 enemys & re-enter with almost same AP I started with. Still guns and energy weapons lack damage a bit. Unarmed is the king of damage, hands down.

Between guns and energy weapons, energy weapons are more effective. Guns that I sometimes use : Gobi campaign scout rifle, Dinner bell & Lucky - For serious killing thou : YCS186, Q-35 matter modulator, pew pew. With max charge ammo. (AER14 Prototype is also OK option, with 4% more base crit than plasma weapons.)

Consider this : you will never run out of energy weapons ammo if you are idolized by brotherhood of steel. They give you free energy weapon ammo every after couple days. Unlimited ammo + superb damage + extremely high crit rates + pew pew beats any other ballistic gun.

armor used : Gannon's family tesla armor
headgear used : Rebreather + 1st recon beret

Critical hit chance with laser weapons in V.A.T.S :

luck 10%, finesse 5%, VATS default 15%, 1st recon beret 5%, laser commander 10%, set lasers for fun 4%, build to destroy 3% = 52%

NOTE : when I was building this character I was thinking the upcoming DLC. 5 levels more and 2 perk slots, so when I someday hit DLC with this char, Ill prolly just raise repair to 100 and get hand loader perk.

I noticed many people debate if perks like bloody mess and living anatomy are worth it. Try looking the big picture, its not only about bloody mess 5%, or living anatomy 5%... its about 3x lord death, bloody mess, living anatomy, psycho, Lily's companion perk etc etc. So with all those you can get 48% more damage.. and if you are shooting deathclaws, also add 3x abominable. 51% more damage. So.. do you really wanna miss all that damage? especially if you are playing with gimped guns already?, with unarmed it dosnt matter. Ballistic fist 1-shots everything in this game with almost whatever perks, and if builded right, it strikes over 1,000 sneak attack crits.

(when I had lord death only rank 2, I shot legendary deathclaw with pew pew and it stayed alive with 4 life.. the last rank kinda nailed it, so it makes difference)"

So as you see this character is pretty damn good with vats and all the crazy ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ damage you can manage to get. I made a character like this on my xbox and I can kill almost anything with my Q-35 modulator in 1-4 shots. Especially with all the extra critical hit chance. I made this character completely off iksi pretty much I just made him have more intelligence and less endurance and perception. Please tell me what builds you think are godly and are there any builds that you think no one really uses and maybe has potential?
