I need help with installing Dynamo ENB for my Fallout game.

I am trying to install a mod called Dynamo ENB but I do not know how to properly install it. Could someone who has this mod help me with this problem by explaining step by step?

Copy the mods files to your New Vegas root folder (FNV.exe will be there)

Download the main ENB files from here: http://www.enbdev.com/download.htm and overwrite when asked.

Done. He literally wrote the instructions on the main page.

I tried following his instructions before posting this discussion but the mod did not work so I felt like I was doing something wrong. Were these the main ENB files he was referring to? http://www.enbdev.com/download_mod_falloutnv.htm
