Please help with this problem.

Hi, I haave NVSE (New Vegas Script Extender) installed and i can only have "Some" mods installed...Yet when i watch videos of Alchestbreach he has up to 20-40 mods or so. His recent "Fallout New vegas Modded" 190 i think? He went in to "Doc Mitchells" house and there were a bunch of Modded weapons.

So anyway my question is, How can i only have these mods
WW2 British weapons
Military Armor Pack
NVHomestead
SCC
Wasteland Defense
Zombie Serenade and Classic Fallout Weapons

But Al and others can have up to 40 mods?

I used to have up to 40 mods but I re-installed new vegas and re-installed NVSE, So whats the Problem?

It is not my computer because my ♥♥♥♥ty sony VAIO Laptop can do 40 mods no problem, but i refuse to play on my laptop.

I SHOULD ALSO NOTE: That ANY mod i add weather its a Weapon mod, Companion mod or a House mod or hel even a SMALL mod that adds a tree it freezes on startup before it shows "Bethesda Softworks" screen. Im limited to those 6 mods. Why?

...NVSE doesn't limit your mods, there are just limited mods that make use of it. I use NVSE and use probably 150+ mods.

All those weapons in Doc's house are from Millenium's weapon mods. They are fantastic.

Well yes i know but. I use to be able to run with ALL the mods i wanted but now i can't. Why? is there something Specific i have to look for in the Nexus? And tell me some of the mods you use and ill try those.

If it freezes on start up there may be mod conflicts, load order conflicts or missing master files. I can you use BOSS to check the load order and FNVedit or a mod manager(eg NMM) to look at each plugin and check if their masters are loaded as well.

Not sure if my Fallout backup folder is as comprehensive as my Skyrim backups but those should all be the titles of the mods themselves on the nexus. I would usually do a large texture pack first and then overwrite things here and there that I like. I'm mainly a texture person but I do like small fixes as well. If you are looking for one and can't find it, just ask me and I'll unpackage it to see if I had the title wrong.

Unfortunately my game has grown highly unstable. New Vegas/Camp McCarran area is hit or miss as is any step in OWB and any playthrough that reaches level 40 just begins to get very... heavy. I think I might just go back to vanilla, maybe keep the ENB and that's all. Although at almost 700 hrs there really is nothing left to do. :)

When you say you can't run them, what's happening - is the game freezing/crashing/won't load? Or are you getting a message telling you you can't run anymore mods?

If its the former, run BOSS to sort out your load order and add mods one at a time to help narrow down conflicts.
