Are there any good all-in-one high res texture mods?
That basically sums it up. I just want to spruce the game up without having to download 200 separate texture packs. So can anyone reccommend some mods that will cover all (or at least most) of the bases in one shot? Or a handful that work well together?

Your best bet is to scour the nexs website for mods.

texture pack combiner is the only 60+ mod texture pack. you will have to download them but its easy and they tell you what to download. just remember if you do it you really can't install many mods after that because it will use up most if not all the ram on a 2gb video card for the 2048+ textures. i would stick to the lower 1024 textures they look better then the HD texture pack and you can install other mods.

that would be useful if this was the skyrim forums and not the fallout new vegas one.
Poco Bueno has an all in one pack but it isn't the best looking due to being the performance version of Ojo Bueno.

Weapon Retexture Project is good for weapons and such. Be sure to get any compatibility patches and such and read the install instructions.

Change log listing all that it handles.

If you plan to use a lot of hires textures I would also get this.

NMC's Texture Mods textures are pretty nice (use the small package, myself), and, you can put Poco Bueno over some of them (if you prefer some of them over NMC's).
You can check this out for a "how-to", and a few other nifty things you can add to the game, and help performance...AND, make it look ALOT better:

He provides links to all the mods too, which is a plus... :)
