Pink faces means missing textures. Something that modifies face textures wasn't installed correctly.
Also, just to clarify - there IS a way to post the load order other than having to transcribe from the manager, correct?

In NMM or FOMM try unchecking and then re-checking [toggle off then on] Archive Invalidation in the tools menu.
Edit; It looks like the only mods you have that change any character or NPC faces are the Old Snake Preset and Metal Gear Solid 3. Disable those and see if that fixes it.
Regardless, I'll get FalloutNV.esm first and will get back to you on that.
Like ronr42 said, make sure that you have archive invalidation toggled on.
And yeah, that fixed it. The thing is me keeping those two AND fixing the face. I mean it's not a big deal, it's just immersion-breaking.
But then again, I'm an MGS nut, so who am I to talk about immersion?
i would say you just forgot to validate the MSG mod,put it back and validate and you will probably be fine now
