A "Deleted" mod has been hidden from view on nexusmods. It will not hurt your game. I ignore "Deleted" notifications in any current playthrough, though by right clicking on the mod in the left pane you can instruct MO2 to "Ignore Updates", or remove the nexus id from a mod in the mod's information screen. That said, I would take the precaution of making a copy of that mod's .zip file and storing it to a safe location. (note: I periodically back up my entire MO2 "Downloads" folder to an external drive in order to avoid losing cherished mods that are no longer available, and to save having to redownload 100+ gigs of mods for all my games if my computer happened to die).
The "Sun" icon next to a mod means there is an available update. Be cautious for two reasons. First, it is generally considered an unwise practice to update a mod mid-game because there may be savegame-breaking changes to the mod. Second, some mod authors are careless about versioning and mod metadata, and the "update" may reference a patch for an associated mod I don't use (for example). I cope with versioning errors by adding a note in the mod's "Notes" tab in the mod's information screen saying why MO2's suggested "update" is not relevant to my build. When you add a note to a mod, in the left pane information screen, a notepad icon is added in that mod's "Flags" column, and you can hover over it to see what it says without opening the mod's "Information" screen.
I realize this is a WOT. With a little practice it is actually less complicated than it sounds. I would recommend Gamerpoets's series on MO2 for a deeper dive in using this manager. This is the first of many of this poster's videos on the subject. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ruq6hQIAvB8&ab_channel=GamerPoets
Hope this helps.
