How Little We Know
I'm hoping someone can help me with this, I picked up a quest from the NCR to investigate Gommorah for dirt on the Omertas, and I went the Cachino way. I've talked to Troike and got him to use the thermite. I went to Clander and I can't get his dialouge to show up! I've tried everything and can't seem to get it. Any why around this?

You mean he won't talk to you?
Pickpocket Clanden for a key. After doing so, behind a cabinet, there should be a safe. Open it up with the key you found, and there should be a snuff film that you then show to Cachino.

Where would this Cabinet be? In his hotel room? I saw something about checking behind bookshelves next to his bed, but there's nothing.

It is in his bedroom, yes, in the area above the stairs. Look around the wall and behind cabinets there.

I had something similar. In the quest where you have to save the president of the NCR, you start the quest by talking to the ranger in charge of security and he wouldn't talk to me. He's supposed to walk up to you and start talking automatically.

I had to kill and ressurect him in console to fix it without leaving it between killing and ressurecting.

If you have the same problem in game that's one solution that might work.
