Console command to enable fast travelling? *MINOR SPOILERS*
Hi, long story to explain my situation, so I will keep it simple. The character I am roleplaying as required that I coc(console command for fast travel) out of Hoover Dam right before confronting House. However, since the game still thinks I am in the final Hoover Dam battle, it will not allow me to rest or fast travel, saying simply that I can not do that at this time. Is there any console command to enable it again? I still have the All or Nothing quest in my pipboy, so removing that *might* fix it. Otherwise, is there anything I can do other than living with it or starting a new game? Thanks in advance!
EDIT: Without having to use the console every time I wish to do something
EDIT: Completing All or Nothing still does not change anything, the transition to Hoover Dam must disable some flags.

Thanks, but I forgot to mention that I do not want to go to the console every time I want to do that. Ladez, I will get back to you on the functionality of that and whether it persists.

Any way to make this permanent? As in, not reset every time I leave the game?

That command is permanent, it is the same one used by the game to disable fast travel. There must be an active quest overriding it.

Looks like I'm screwed, then. Using console commands to set All or Nothing to an earlier stage does not work, and completing it in any way takes me to the end-of-game slideshow.
