Not quite sure what your asking. If you're asking for a mod for diagonal running animation, it doesn't exist.

Gamebryo has a hard coded number of animations it can use, and for some reason they decided not to include diagonal movement as an animation. So even if you wanted to mod in a diagonal animation, it is impossible to do so.
