Since I choose to side with Yes Man? Can I ally BOS?
1 more question! If I choose Yes Man will I be fighting against the NCR?

With Yes Man you can pretty much shape your own ending. So yeah, you can ally with BoS.
You won't be fighting against NCR (unless you want to), but note that they won't help you at the Second Battle.
Same with Caesar, and you'll have to kill House.

You can tell Yes Man to ignore the BoS. Even though I became a "member" of the BoS, I'm still only "accepted," not liked.
